Crew Resource Management refers to an efficient digital framework which is developed with an idea of promoting safety and security which has the objective of eliminating possible errors and to thus
dissuade stressful moments later. The idea of having such exclusive software as CRM evolved after a
careful study of aircraft accidents and after analyzing the cockpit voice recorders and the earnest flight
data recorders. A precisely developed CRM is pre-equipped with a spectrum of knowledge, skills and
attitudes including communications, loss of situational awareness, timely problem solving skills, instant
decision making, and efficient teamwork and so on. Moreover, the defining elements of an integrated
CRM are not something that recently perceived but such characteristics are said to be hailed in one form
or another ever since aviation began, while these were known by other terms such as ‘Airmanship’,
‘Captaincy’, ‘Crew Co-operation’, etc.
